Our church is home to many groups and activities, but there are opportunities to rent our facilities when they are not otherwise in use. With our central location and ample free parking, we have hosted meetings and events for many groups.
On the lower level, the large Heritage Hall can be divided into two rooms by a folding door. The hall capacity is 170 for a seated meeting (no tables). For meals where tables are required, the available tables seating 6 or 10 persons can accommodate approximately 135.
On the upper level, there is a Fellowship Hall which can seat 60 for a meeting or table seating for about 35 persons. Several other meeting rooms are available for smaller meetings of from 6 to 15 persons.
The sanctuary, with its flexible chancel area and grand piano is often used for concerts and other meetings. It has seating for 200 plus a choir area of 25 seats. Sliding doors can be opened to accommodate an additional 50 persons in the Fellowship Hall.
The church has an elevator and accessible washrooms on each level, and the main entrance is barrier free. A large foyer on the upper level can be used for receptions in connection with a meeting or concert.
The facilities can be seen by contacting the Office Administrator during the office hours of 9 am to 12 pm, Monday to Friday. The rental agreement, regulations and fee schedule for facility use can be downloaded (below). After a booking is scheduled through the Office Administrator, the rental agreement must be completed and sent to the church office for approval.
