St. Peter’s Sunday services are times of worship, celebration and thoughtful reflection on a host of themes, including meaningful music and video resources.
Our 10:30 am Sunday services are currently hybrid with a live-stream broadcast on our BoxCast and YouTube channels, as well as on FaceBook Live.
Here is a description of our services in the church building, when this is possible.
Children and youth are involved in the first part of the service and their programs continue elsewhere after this time together. We have a large nursery for infants and toddlers, staffed by an Early Childhood Education trained supervisor and assistants. Many members of the congregation participate in the services - reading scripture, ushering, singing in the choir, presenting special music, assisting with a reflection or serving communion.
The minister guides the celebrations of the seasons of the church year with themes in outreach, justice and service. The services are informal, friendly and joyful and our facilities are fully barrier free. The theatre style sanctuary chairs have made services more accessible and comfortable for many.
